Welcome to Cazimi. By downloading, installing, or using the Cazimi app (“App”) or visiting cazimi.live (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

Description of the service

Cazimi is an iOS application that provides information about Mercury Retrograde cycles, including status, calendar data, optional daily guidance by zodiac sign, and widgets. Content is for general interest and entertainment. It is not professional astrological, legal, or financial advice.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. The App may be used without creating an account. If you subscribe to Cazimi Premium, your subscription is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and your agreement with Apple.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium features are offered through in-app subscription. Payment is processed by Apple. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s rules and your Apple ID settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not guarantee specific feature availability for any particular period beyond what is stated in the App or on the Site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code except as permitted by law; (b) use the App or Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or any third party’s systems or data; (d) use the App to send spam or abuse other users. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

Intellectual property

The App, Site, and their content (including text, design, and branding) are owned by Cazimi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission. “Cazimi” and the Mercury symbol as used in the App and Site are our marks.

Disclaimers

The App and Site are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Astronomical and calendar information is provided for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the App’s or Site’s content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cazimi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any).

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App or Site after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and Site.

Governing law and contact
